We have tried mating her with our Nimi, but it just didn’t work out, so we had to look for the “outside” male. I have to thank Mrs Lisa Kronfellner and her “A Norwegian Dream” cattery from Stainz, Austria for letting us use her IC Shining Star von Moelus (aka Cookie). He has an extraordinary pedigree and traits which might be the perfect match for our Sonya.
Total inbreeding of this combination is very low, only 4,05%.

Since Cookie carries the dilution gene, half of the kittens are expected to be diluted. Neither Sonya nor Cookie carry non-agouti gene, so all the kittens will be classic tabby. Cookie has some white so the kittens might have white too.
